The 56200 series is a durable and versatile perforated diffuser solution ideal for HVAC projects requiring adjustable airflow patterns. Constructed with a robust steel backpan and an aesthetically pleasing aluminum face, these diffusers are available in various frame styles and panel sizes to seamlessly integrate into any ceiling design. This series features a square neck design and offers pre-selected 1, 2, 3, or 4-way blow patterns to cater to diverse air distribution needs within a space.

What sets the 56200 series apart is its innovative use of individually adjustable curved blade deflectors mounted on the backpan. This allows for precise field adjustment of the air pattern in each direction, ranging from a vertical throw to a tight ceiling, long throw pattern. The perforated face, with a 51% open area, works in conjunction with the pattern deflectors to create aspiration of secondary air. This air is then mixed with primary air, effectively reducing discharge air temperature and minimizing the risk of uncomfortable cold air drafts.

The 56200 series diffusers are designed to deliver optimal air distribution performance with typical isothermal throws of 8’ to 20’ for 4-way air distribution and an impressive 21’ to 50’ for 1-way air distribution. This makes them well-suited for use in rooms with irregular shapes where achieving balanced airflow can be a challenge.
