The 91620 Stainless Steel Linear Bar Grille offers a sleek and durable solution for HVAC applications demanding both performance and aesthetics. Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel (with an optional upgrade to 316 stainless steel), this grille features 1/8" thick bars spaced 1/2" apart, delivering optimal airflow while maintaining a clean, linear design. Available in a maximum single unit size of 60" x 24", the 91620 can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of architectural styles.


Designed to provide either a 0° or 15° deflection, this linear bar grille can be customized to meet the specific airflow requirements of your HVAC system. The 91620 is suitable for both supply and return air applications in heating, cooling, and ventilation projects. Its robust construction makes it particularly well-suited for soffit/sill installations where airflow needs to wash over windows in high-humidity environments. The grille can be ordered with no screw holes or countersunk screw holes with included #6x1 1/4” stainless screws for a clean, finished look.
