FBRI - Insulated Return Hood/Light Shield for Flowbar Diffusers

The FBRI is an insulated return hood and light shield designed specifically for use with Titus Flowbar Diffusers in HVAC systems. This product provides a convenient and efficient solution for returning air while simultaneously offering a clean, integrated appearance by concealing light fixtures within the ceiling grid. The FBRI's construction ensures optimal airflow and effectively reduces light intrusion from the ceiling plenum.

Available in five different sizes to accommodate various Flowbar Diffuser slot widths (ranging from 1" to 3"), the FBRI features a robust construction with 51% free-area perforated galvanized steel for efficient air return. The hood is painted flat black for a seamless look within the ceiling. For added thermal performance, the top of the FBRI is lined with fiberglass insulation, creating a non-perforated shield that minimizes heat transfer and improves energy efficiency. The unit ships in convenient 4-foot increments, allowing for easy field cutting and customization to fit specific project requirements.
