RCG - Reversible Core Grille

The RCG - Reversible Core Grille is a versatile solution for HVAC sidewall supply applications. Constructed from durable aluminum, this grille is designed for both heating and cooling systems. Its key feature is the removable core, allowing for easy adjustment of vertical airflow. The core can be repositioned to achieve four distinct deflection angles: 15° up, 15° down, 5° up, and 5° down. This adaptability makes the RCG suitable for a wide range of spaces and ceiling heights.

Enhancing its functionality, the RCG offers optional rear-mounted deflecting vanes. These vanes provide control over horizontal airflow spread, further customizing the air distribution pattern to suit specific requirements. The RCG is available in various sizes, with a minimum size of 6 inches by 4 inches and a maximum single-piece size of 72 inches by 36 inches. Larger sizes are achievable through oversize construction. Additional options include steel or aluminum directional vanes and opposed blade dampers in both steel (VCS3) and aluminum (VCS3AL) configurations.
